Systems' website.

ARC Community Support Systems is a not-for-profit agency dedicated to providing Advocacy, Parental Training, Residential, Employment, Family Support and Counseling Services to the people of Illinois.  With offices located in Effingham, Teutopolis
and Olney, ARC-CSS strives to provide top-notch services to everyone who has such needs.
 
People with disabilities, and their families, are free to contact us regarding any questions or concerns they may have.  We offer many Employment, Day Training, Residential and Family Support programs, each catered to meet diverse and specific individual needs

We also offer Counseling Services to treat such issues as depression, anxiety, stress, grief, and/or parent & child concerns.  Children First and Divorce Mediation services are also available.
 
Additionally we offer Parental Training to people who have children who are at-risk of academic failure due to a variety of external factors.
