Here at ARC Community Support Systems we continually look for ways to provide top-notch, quality services. One way we do this is by striving to be fiscally responsible. Over the last several months our Technology Team has been researching the use of VoIP telephone services. VoIP technology will allow us to utilize phone service using our internet connection. After much research, trials and discussions we have concluded that we can save a substantial amount of money by utilizing VoIP phone service while improving phone quality, accessibility and functionality. Along with this change comes a new agency-wide phone number. You will simply call one phone number, no matter which office, group home or individual you wish to reach and enter their extension.
