Summer Day Camp Banner

ARC Community Support Systems offers two summer camps for the children of Effingham and Richland County. All children enrolled in Special Education classes in these two counties are eligible. This program is partially funded by the Knights of Columbus Chapters in Teutopolis and Olney. The Effingham County Camp runs five days a week for three consecutive weeks each summer. The Richland County Camp runs for five days once each summer.

Camp activities include picnics, swimming, movies, stories, bowling, music, arts and crafts, games and many other special events. A nutritious lunch is provided free of charge each day for all children attending the camp.
