Amanda Frazier has been a Program Manager at ARC Community Support Systems since January 2006. Amanda’s responsibilities as a Program Manager include writing individual program plans and many other activities to help each consumer meet their own individual needs.
Amanda graduated from Lake Land College in Mattoon, where she received an Associate in Science degree, with an emphasis in Special Education. She then attended Eastern Illinois where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences: Family Services concentration with a Psychology minor. Prior to her work at ARC-CSS, Amanda worked at a workshop and a group home for adults with developmental disabilities as a DSP.
