Cindy is a Family Consultant and Respite Coordinator in the Family Support program. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. Cindy worked in the field of special education for 7 years prior to joining ARC Community Support Systems in 2007.
Cindy consults with families in Clark, Clay, Coles, Crawford, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Edwards, Hamilton, Jasper, Lawrence, Richland, Wabash, Wayne, and White Counties. She is also the Respite Coordinator for Clay, Edwards, Jasper, Richland, Wabash, and Wayne Counties.
Cindy is dedicated to empowering parents, through education and family support, to become advocates for their children with disabilities. She supports the family unit while ensuring each child receives the most appropriate and inclusive education.
Cindy resides in Richland County with her husband Carl, and their two sons.
