Jessica graduated from Eastern Illinois University in December 2004 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science with an emphasis in Family Services.
She began her career at Heartland Human Services as a residential case manager. She came to ARC in June of 2005 as a Service Coordinator for the Child and Family Connections. She coordinates services for children birth to three of age.
Jessica is the parent of three children and realizes the importance of Early Intervention and the difference it can make to a child. No matter the economical or family circumstances, a child is entitled to an even playing field before formal education begins.
Jessica is also the football cheerleading sponsor at Effingham High School.
