Mike attended Lake Land Jr. College, Eastern Illinois University and Southern Illinois University. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Education and a Masters of Science in Rehabilitation Administration and Services. Mike began his career with ARC Community Support Systems in 1971 and has held various positions during his tenure with the organization, currently serving as the Assistant Executive Director.
Mike resides with his wife Judy in the Lake Sara area. They have four adult children and several grandchildren. Mike enjoys travel, NASCAR racing, gardening, hunting, fishing and reading.
