Natalie came to ARC-CSS in July of 2001. She is a graduate of St. Anthony High School in Effingham. After high school, she accepted an athletic scholarship to Parkland College, transferred to SIUC, and received a Bachelors degree in Rehabilitation Services. In earning her degree, Natalie worked at a Developmental Training Center in Murphysboro, IL for her internship. There she continued to gain interest in working with people with disabilities.
Natalie now works as a job coach and Case Manager in the Supported Employment Department. She assists with job placement, ongoing training, and support to individuals with disabilities in competitive employment. Before working at ARC, Natalie was employed by the Effingham Park District.
