Tom Miller joined the staff at ARC/CSS in April, 1995 as a Job Coach with the Supported Employment Program. Tom's awareness of the needs of people with disabilities was brought about by several family members having chosen careers in the special education field.
Tom’s responsibilities include matching consumer skills to community employers needs, providing training and moral support, helping to develop natural support structures and working to dispel old attitudes about people with disabilities. With 35 years experience at a wide range of jobs and a commitment to helping individuals achieve their work related goals, Tom is well suited for his position as a job coach.
